Reading area in Jasper County Public Library

The Troyer Group began working with the Jasper County Public Libraries by conducting a feasibility study for the Wheatfield Public Library. It was determined that the existing building and its utilities could not serve the growing library’s needs. A site nearby would serve as the perfect location for the community’s new library.
