The New Carlisle - Olive Township Public Library offers all of the technological resources of a modern library wrapped in the character and charm of the picturesque community it serves. The new facility replaces a circa 1921 Carnegie with Arts and Crafts leanings, of which the community was very fond. The new library is creatively designed with a nod to the old. The style of the New Carlisle Library is a blend of both the historic Carnegie Libraries and current library designs with a decisively contemporary flair.
