Wayne Street and Western Avenue Improvements

The Troyer Group was engaged to redesign Jefferson Street and Wayne Street and close portions of Western Avenue and Columbia Avenue to allow for the Crowe Group expansion. As part of these improvements, the City of South Bend desired to develop a streetscape for Jefferson Street and Wayne Street that would provide a springboard for aesthetic improvement in the downtown area.
