University Place

University Place is created in affiliation with Purdue University to bring people together in an environment that encourages social, professional and intellectual involvement. It provides 30 health care beds, 48 assisted living apartments, 93 independent living units, and 16 cottages on a beautiful, 32-acre site adjacent to a nature preserve and just north of the Purdue campus.
This new campus is located adjacent to Purdue’s newest golf course and the City of West Lafayette’s Celery Bog Nature Park. This site allows linkage to the University via a paved trail system that meanders adjacent to the property.
