The Troyer Group MEP team offers Facility and Energy Audits which include:

  • Energy conservation studies for facilities. The Troyer Group can also provide engineering design for implementing co-generation plants, peak power shaving strategies, efficient lighting designs, simple and efficient HVAC systems and control strategies. Geothermal heat pump systems are one of our specialties.
  • Mechanical and electrical systems evaluation studies, including field inspections to determine the physical condition of systems, code deficiencies, and load analyses.
  • Comprehensive reports with the appropriate cross-references to code sections and the necessary recommendations for a safe system. Master plan recommendations can be prepared for the next five to 25 years based on either present or projected demand growth.
  • Computer-generated heating, cooling, hydraulic, and short circuit calculations are incorporated in system analyses and coordination study reports. Lighting calculations can also be computer generated for accuracy and include fixture comparison and five to ten year payback analysis.
  • Value analysis for use of energy types and systems applications.
