Master Planning
A well conceived Master Plan can be one of the most essential elements in your institution's on-going success.
A Master Plan is a road map for your land use and facilities. It is based on long-term planning goals, which address your organization's future.
The Master Planning process helps you determine whether your facilities and land use are compatible with your long-range goals or if your environment needs to be adapted to support these goals.
The Troyer Group's Master Planning process is conducted as a multi-day, interactive workshop, facilitated by our Master Planning specialists. As key issues emerge our design team is already at work, sketching solutions and options. At the end of each day of the workshop, in-progress work is displayed for all participants to review and provide feedback.
At the conclusion of the workshop sessions, you will receive a "Road Map For Action" including a program, schematic design concepts, schedule and probable costs.
The Troyer Group gives you a great beginning, and more.
With your completed dynamic Master Plan you have the groundwork for your future. But, of course, all plans must be put into action and regularly updated.
