Ryan brings nearly a decade of experience in civil transportation engineering to our Troyer Group team. In his new role, Ryan handles every aspect of project development, from securing permits to final inspections. While he has played a pivotal role in a variety of projects, he specializes in the Community Crossings Matching Grant Program (CCMG). His passion for developing and improving local roads and bridges fuels this specialization.

Ryan’s extensive experience with CCMG requirements ensures your project will not only comply with grant stipulations but also be optimized for efficiency, quality, and long-term community benefit.

Outside of work, Ryan gives back to the community by volunteering with the Humane Society of Elkhart County. He dedicates his time to helping with everything from walking dogs and cleaning kennels to assisting with adoption events. His dedication to animal welfare is a testament to his commitment to making a positive impact, both professionally and personally.
